This programme is
funded by NIACE. It is specifically
for carers working in Hackney and aim
to provide flexible training and support. It focuses
on programmes that will improve carer confidence.
We recognise the
challenges in achieving
this and have therefore
structured the training
courses and supportto allow home based, classroom and community group sessions.
UXL will train
candidates
to gain the skills,
knowledge and confidence in variety of areas.
Candidates will
be able to enrol
on flexible courses and workshops
depending on interest.
Depending on the need of the candidate, training materials may be provided.
